JourneyDance™: Shadow Alchemy is an immersive movement experience designed to guide you into the depths of your inner world, where the raw, unfiltered aspects of self can be met with curiosity, movement, and transformation. This is a space to reclaim the parts of you that have been hidden, suppressed, or misunderstood—to move with them, rather than against them, and alchemize shadow into wisdom, angst into art, tension into freedom.
What to Expect:🌿 Grounding & Intention-Setting – We’ll begin by creating a safer, permission-filled space to drop into the body, attune to sensation, and welcome all aspects of self.
