🌿🐝 Welcome back, bees! 🐝🌿
This month, we invite you to step into the dance of trust—trust in your body, in the music, in the unseen rhythms that guide us. Trust is the foundation of connection, the bridge between movement and meaning, and the key to surrendering fully to the present moment.
We are honored to have Rebecca Foster lead us through opening and closing Biodanza, creating a space where we can cultivate trust through somatic integration and communal connection. As an internationally certified mindfulness meditation teacher, conscious dance facilitator, and laughter-yogi, Rebecca will guide us in deepening our connection—to ourselves, to each other, and to the dance unfolding around us.
